Shipping Policy

Our products for North America, Central America and South America are shipped from our Denver office, USA. Products are shipped using the delivery service selected at the checkout.

What is the limit time to place an order and have it dispatched the same day ?

Our products are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days, for orders placed by noon (MST) by transport companies. In the event of a high volume of orders, order processing time may be a bit longer.

When an order is placed for several products or includes a pre-ordered item, the processing time of the order corresponds to the longest delivery time.

Delivery time by carrier

Delivery time depends on the shipping service selected at the checkout and on the time order was placed. These delivery times are estimated for orders placed by noon (MST), during business day (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded).

  • UPS Ground : 2 to 4 business days (free), USA only
  • UPS 2nd Day Air : 2 business days ($15), USA only
  • UPS Next Day Air : 1 business day ($30), USA only
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited : 2 to 4 business days (from $30)

Do I have to pay for VAT (Value Added Taxes), customs and import fees, duties and other taxes ?

Customer from USA :

Cambox collects sales tax in the following states : Florida, Colorado.

Customer from outside of the USA :

For all customers based in a country outside of the USA, order amount will automatically be calculated without taxes. In that case, as the customer you'll be considered as the importer of the goods and will have to pay for the associated duties, import fees and local taxes. Please note that these fees are not refundable after the import. If you do return an order after the import, none of these fees will be refunded.

I am an international buyer. Can you indicate the parcel as a "gift" to avoid duties and import fees ?

Unfortunately we can not modify goods values and shipping purpose. This is illegal and Cambox could be prohibited from exporting in the future.

Can you deliver my order in a Postal Box (PO BOX) ?

Unfortunately we can not deliver order to PO Box.

How will I know that my order has shipped and how to track my delivery ?

As soon as your order is being dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from our e-commerce website (check your spambox). This email includes a tracking number for your order.

Verification upon delivery

The customer needs to verify the conformity of the goods delivered upon receipt the parcel and before signing the transporter delivery note.
